To document growth | All too often we forget about our past because we are so busy building our futures. Our children grow up too fast ! In the blink of an eye they are packing their bags and moving out of home and then they’re starting their own family.
Life happens | There’s no reason to dismiss the opportunity to capture life together now. These photos are the ones that will put smiles on our faces and help us cope with the change.
Reliving Memories | I encourage families to STOP, be PRESENT, and CELEBRATE the relationships they often take for granted .
There is no better feeling than hanging up a gorgeous picture of the people you love and value most in this world.
She is so thoughtful, creative, kind and so amazing to work with! She goes above and beyond to make your experience enjoyable and fun! Flo has photographed our wedding and our son's 1 year pictures, they are all unbelievable photos capturing us and the memories perfectly! I highly recommend Flo! - Hanneman Family

Your portrait session should be a reflection of yourself . Before our session we will have a phone or in touch base via E-mail, so we can discuss your expectations, ideas, and goals for our session . Preparation and communication are the keys to a successful portrait session. Share your ideas and concern if you have any.
Finding the perfect location is an important part of planning for the photo shoot.
No logos | To keep the look timeless, try to avoid trendy clothing with words or logos.
Wear well fitting clothing - Not too tight, and nothing baggy. If you can’t walk in those pants, don’t wear them!
Gentlemen---- Try to trim or shave your beard. Your wife or girlfriend would appreciate it, trust me.
Choosing outfits | Think coordinating, not matching. Incorporate colors and patterns that fit well together.
Get your kids excited for the session and let them know how much fun it will be, but no need to over prepare them or add too much pressure for "best behavior".
Make sure they are fully rested and NOT NAPPING on the way to the photoshoot , The worst is you have to wake them up & they are cranky and crying the whole entire time.
Kids pick up on your stress | Stay cool- even when they throw a tantrum.
Feel free to bring treats to reward good behavior during our session . No chewing gum please.
It is always my goal to capture an authentic moment that is about you and your family...the love and connection you have to one another. When a client hires me, I make sure to highlight every family member because every single person is an integral part of their family's story.
